One of the most important elements of your trip is the guide. Both an advisor and confidant, Emerald Water Anglers prides itself on the professional caliber and diverse expertise of its guides. Their proven aptitude and friendly approach to fly fishing and casting instruction will help ensure a successful trip.
Most of EWA’s staff guide and fish an average of 250 days a year on regional rivers, lakes and saltwater estuaries. They also travel to their favorite regional and international destinations so they can provide you with the most current knowledge regarding your upcoming travels.
Carefully chosen destinations, attention to detail, lively conversation and high expectations are the foundations of excellence in this sport. EWA pursues these goals every day, relentlessly and with passion.

Reservation Policy
Trips dates are "reserved" when a credit card or check has been put down as a deposit. At this time we will assign staffing to the trip and it is considered booked.
Cancellation Policy
A credit card or a check for $50 per angler required for reservation to be considered booked. - 1. Cancellation 2 weeks out -- No Penalty
- 2. Cancellation 7 days out -- Loss of $50 deposit, applicable towards a reschedule within 6 months of original scheduled date.
- 3. Cancellation within 3 days -- Loss of 50% of trip cost, applicable towards a reschedule within 1 month of original scheduled date.
- 4. Cancellation within 48 hours -- Loss of 100% of trip cost. Application towards a future date to be determined by EWA Management upon discussion with clients.
- 5. Day of cancellation by guide due to weather or other circumstances -- No penalty
The guide can cancel a trip at their discretion for various reasons and do so without penalty to clients but only the guide or EWA managers can make this call.
