An Alaska river float trip is the ideal way to experience wilderness fishing. Traveling by 14' Aire raft, spend a week along the banks of the river, fishing from the boats, stopping along the way at the best holding waters, establishing comfortable tent camps in the evenings while traveling at the river's pace. Camps are strategically placed to provide nearby fishing. Fishing and daylight are available on a nearly 24-hour basis!

Frontier River Guides whole heartedly embraces catch and release fishing, and proper fish handling methods. They are well versed in the fly (and spin) patterns and techniques required for a successful Alaskan fishing experience, and are available to offer coaching and instruction in these practices to make your float trip more productive. Frontier does occasionally keep fresh salmon for riverside dinner.

Payments Accepted
Reservation Policy
Frontier River Guides requires one third of the total trip cost to be placed on deposit within two weeks of confirmation of agreed upon dates. Balance is due in full by June 1.
Cancellation Policy
Deposit is refundable through April 1, and afterwards may be applied to a trip the following season. The balance is always refundable due to a cancellation.
